ABSTRACT: This research explores the influence of early childhood education on global interconnectedness among young children. Objectives include assessing children's understanding of global interconnectedness, identifying effective educational practices, and evaluating the long-term benefits of early global education. A survey design was chosen for its efficiency in gathering broad data. Purposive sampling was used to select 200 children from preschools in Delta State, Nigeria. Findings indicated that children exposed to global education demonstrated better understanding of how different cultures and countries are interconnected. Effective practices included interactive lessons on global trade, discussions on international cooperation, and projects that highlight global interdependence. The study recommended integrating global interconnectedness education into early childhood curricula to enhance understanding of global connections from an early age.
